CKP tokens can be locked as vlCKP, which allows its holders to generate income from the platform while also contributing to the decision-making processes of both Cakepie and PancakeSwap. vlCKP is essentially the CKP token in a locked state. Users who opt to lock their CKP tokens on Cakepie receive vlCKP (Vote-Locked CKP) at 1:1 ratio.
