# Distribution Rewards for Active user engagement

## Rewards Source: veCAKE

Cakepie generates rewards from its accumulated veCAKE. The Yield-Boosting Mechanism of veCAKE allows liquidity providers on Cakepie to earn enhanced CAKE rewards. This means that once users deposit their assets on Cakepie, they start earning increased yield without having to lock any veCAKE within PancakeSwap by themselves. In turn, Cakepie charges a performance fee from the boosted yield and distributes it among users on our platform.

## Distribution of Cakepie's CAKE rewards from PancakeSwap:

V2 

* 80% to Liquidity Providers.
* 12% to mCAKE Stakers.
* 8% to vlCKP holders.

V3  Only CAKE earned from BOOST will be charged , according to  [CIP-10](https://snapshot.box/#/s:cakepiexyz.eth/proposal/0x1bd8f882c546951dae374e0bd4d5a4e1a2e21c62817e0f4cba9152dc982f372f). 

* 60% to Liquidity Providers.
* 24% to mCAKE Stakers.
* 16% to vlCKP holders.
